Dahlia Wanda’s Capella. Perfect stems, 7 inch blooms, she is clock faced, but, that’s to be expected from dinnerplate dahlias. I was on the hunt for a replacement for Kelvin Floodlight that was slightly less eye searing, and this girl gets the job done in style and is covered in blooms while she does it. Still that show stopping yellow dinnerplate that everyone goes to first in your garden, just, a more gentle sunshine yellow. If your momma also loves Kelvin Floodlight, grow this one for her instead. 😉
